I hereby agree to donate my service to Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives. I understand that I will not be compensated for my services and that I am not entitled to other monetary benefits in connection with my volunteer work. I will accept my instructions from the supervisor assigned to me. I understand that my work assignment is limited to the duties described in this agreement unless otherwise authorized by my supervisor. I will keep my supervisor informed of my progress and will notify him or her if I am unable to report as scheduled or if I decide to terminate this agreement. I understand that this agreement may be terminated at any time by Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives. I shall indemnify and hold harmless Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives, Downtown Boulder Partnership, The Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District, The City of Boulder, their officers, employees and assigns from and against all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of participation as a volunteer. I understand that volunteers are responsible for their own insurance (medical, automobile, liability or any other) and are not covered in any way through Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives Insurance. I also give my permission to use any photographs taken of me for marketing or other purposes.
