Every year, Downtown Boulder hosts the signature Munchkin Masquerade event, where children trick-or-treat with businesses and exhibitors up and down the Pearl Street Mall. Be a part of the fun and sign up to volunteer! This year, we are adding a haunted house and closing 13th and 14th Streets for additional safety.
